|||As many times as I need to.|||I wash my hands often cause I am a doctor at the cleveland clinic so I would hazard a guess maybe 150 times in a day . Normal people who are not in the medical field should wash anytime they come in contact with a dirty surface . If people only knew what germs were lurking about they would be astonished .|||at least 12|||I have a pretty weak bladder and I always wash my hands after going. In addition, I wash my hands when cooking, after putting on makeup, a few times at work, so I estimate I wash my hands 12 times a day. Frequent thorough handwashing for 2 minutes helps prevent infection. People can become compulsive about washing their hands. When that happens, a physician can prescribe medication to regulate the compulsive behavior.|||Oh God let%26#039;s see....
